Dorota has 20 years’ experience in strategic management of the development of companies, their brands and products. In 2018, she joined the Panasiuk & Partners team as an Investment Partner specializing in strategic assessment of companies seeking recapitalization. Dorota is the Founder and President of CENTRE – a company connecting both the buy and sell-side of investments. She advises the firm’s clients on investments and management of the companies (as the investment objects). 

As a strategic and marketing advisor, she is a member of the INSPIRE Training Firm where she delivers expert trainings and workshops for management boards and senior executives. From 2015 to 2018, she had been a Partner and Vice-CEO of RISK Made in Warsaw. As a former member of the senior managing team, on the position of the head of marketing and product development, at coffeeheaven, she had become a co-creator of the brand’s success. She also gained relevant experience as a marketing and PR manager at companies like: NorthFish, Costa Coffee, Timex Polska, „ProMarka” – the Polish Association of Branded Goods Manufacturers (Stowarzyszenie Wytwórców Produktów Markowych „ProMarka”).

Dorota specializes in strategic assessment of companies and the strength of their brands, as well as evaluation of new products’ development potential with particular focus on new technologies, media, ecommerce, marketing communication (in its broadest sense), luxury goods, as well as the retail and fashion industries. 

As a leader, she participated in numerous projects in the field of Change Management, increasing efficiency, together with development and implementation of business strategies aimed at strengthening companies and their products.

Dorota graduated (with the highest score across all courses that year) from The Polish Open University. She also completed, the Public Relations Studies at the University of Warsaw with the Golden PR Expert Badge. Moreover, she completed the Business Management Program for executives at the ICAN institute (Canadian International Management Institute), organized by Harvard Business Review.
