Maciej Małachowski

TRAINEE ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

Maciej specialises in civil, economy and commercial law. He gained his professional experience in providing legal service to entrepreneurs, including foreign business entities, acting in the fields of construction and ship building industries, a leading insurance company in Poland, a non-profit organisation, as well as judicial and extrajudicial settlement of dispute.

At work he is focusing on business activities of Clients, particularly on the areas of corporate governance, drafting and reviewing contracts, incorporating companies and their day-to-day operation.

Maciej is a graduate of the Law and Administration faculty at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Currently a member of Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
