Advocate trainee

She has experience in legal and tax support for corporate transactions such as sale and purchase of enterprises, their reorganization and transformation – divisions and mergers, as well as in conducting transactions related to the formation and acquisition of companies, preparation of liquidation proceedings of capital companies and structuring of holding entities.

She combines the role of a lawyer with education and experience in the field of corporate finance, in particular in matters related to financial reporting.

Constantly expanding her auditing and tax skills allow her to be holistically involved in every transaction.  From the beginning of her legal career, she dealt with litigations between business entities (including insurance entities).

A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Finance and Law of the Cracow University of Economics, she is currently undergoing professional training as a advocate trainee at the Bar Association in Warsaw.  She is interested in the legal aspects of trade relations between the European Union and the Middle East. 

She communicates English and studies Hebrew in her free time.
